All men are invited to participate in the activities that promote Christian Fellowship through faithful service to our Lord, and to carry the Word of God to the community through service and support of the mission programs of Faith Fellowship Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
The men meet every 3rd Saturday morning for fellowship breakfast followed by Bible devotion at Denny's restaurant, located at the Flying J Truck Plaza on Watt Road. Breakfast is at 8:00 am followed by a devotion at 8:45 am. At the conclusion of the devotion, we meet at the church to do our monthly rotation of cleaning the church building, and to perform property and grounds maintenance as needed.
In the summer we have a barbeque cookout that serves as a fund raiser for church projects that we have adopted. The funds are currently being directed toward developing a youth playground. The men meet on Friday evening to get fires started, and stay up all night in preparation to serve on Saturday. It is a great fellowship for all the men who participate.
The CPM support the handicapped, both locally and in Appalachia (through Mission of Hope) by building entrance ramps to allow the handicapped better access to their homes. They typically build two ramps per year.
In the fall the men of FFCPC meet for a weekend retreat. This is a 3-day weekend event that allows us to focus on men’s issues and the challenges Christians men face in a changing world. We focus on learning how to be better servants by developing a better understanding of how to be Godly husbands, fathers, sons and brothers. This is always a great fellowship, with wonderful food served by some of the best chefs in the church. It is a great way for each of us to get to know each other and the challenges we all face.

Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. not giving up meeting together as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another and all the more as you see the Day approaching.
